We are currently hiring for:

Consultant / Senior Consultant

A SMArt Consultant will be responsible for:

• IT Service Management and IT Governance Consulting services
• Creating value and improving the business performance of our clients
• Identifying our client’s business challenges and recommend service solutions
• Participating in research and development projects such as review and maintenance of current service collateral
• Developing consulting and education materials
• Identifying leads for new opportunities in current engagements
• Assisting in presenting and selling Service Management Art services to current and potential clients
• Providing subject matter expertise during client sales meetings

In addition to the above, a Senior Consultant will also be responsible for:

• A larger leadership role in the management of client relationships and engagements
• Delivering education courses in IT Service Management and IT Governance

The right candidate for the SMArt team will possess the following:

• 2-5 years of previous consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other relevant field
• Strong understanding of IT terminology
• The ability to present in front of a large audience and interact with the audience
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• The willingness to work as part of a team
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• ITIL v3 Foundation and/or CobiT certification is preferred, but is not mandatory
