ITIL 2011 Information

On July 29, 2011, OGC released a 2011 version of ITIL. The purpose of this update was to correct errors, remove inconsistencies, and improve upon the current structure. Some content has been reorganized to help with the flow and readability of the material.

Accredited Training Organization's have been given until December 31, 2011 to complete the upgrade of their material to the 2011 version. Until then, they will be utilizing hybrid exams. Service Management Art is already working on our material. Most of our courses will be updated to the new syllabus before the December 31, 2011 deadline.
